The Sanjay Ghodawat Group has forayed into the real estate industry by acquiring three major companies: Topaz Investments Private Limited, Diana Watches & Ancillaries Pvt. Ltd. and Everready Investments Pvt. Ltd.
Their main business is acquiring properties and subsequently leasing them out to various MNC's. They are also into construction of residential and commercial complexes, micro townships and hospitality sector.
Apart from infrastructure, the company also deals in wind energy. They have installed over 25 MW of wind turbines in the state of Rajasthan and Gujarat.
