The Sanjay Ghodawat Group commenced their operations under this division by manufacturing Mosquito Coils. Production started from January 2003. In a short span of time the group diversified into manufacturing Edible oil, Salt and Tea. Currently, these products are sold all across India, under the brand name 'Star'.
Edible Oil
The Solvent Extraction and Edible Oil Refinery plant was set up in 2003 with a total manufacturing capacity of 300 MTPD and after the recent expansion capacity, the figure now stands at 1000 MTPD.
Edible Salt
The triple refined, extra free flow, white crystalline, dirt-free salt conforms to IS: 7224 Standards. The salt is sold under the brand name ‘Star’ in consortium with various refineries across India. |

Mosquito Coil
A full-fledged state-of-the-art plant was set up in January 2003. The installed plant capacity is 180000 cases (108,000,000 coils) per annum.
